Show and Sell at the Southeast Iowa Hamfest

Dear Vendor:

Sunday, October 7, is the Southeast Iowa Hamfest, sponsored by the Muscatine and Washington Area Amateur Radio Clubs, and we are looking forward to another fine fest.   2006's visitors enjoyed the beautiful day and were very glad to shop our vendor lineup!  Help us make 2007 even better.

Our location remains the Muscatine County Fairgrounds in West Liberty, Iowa.

West Liberty is:   45 miles west of the Quad Cities;
17 miles northwest of Muscatine;
and 15 miles east of Iowa City.

The Southeast Iowa Hamfest is known as "The Friendly One" for our Saturday evening wiener roast, easy parking for tailgaters, and for the indoor facilities for commercial vendors.  This is a very popular hamfest in the fall, offering something of value for everyone.

TABLE RESERVATIONS must be postmarked by September 15 and include payment to confirm space.  Cancellations after September 21 will not be refunded unless the table can be rented to someone else.  Passes for reservations received after September 21 will be held at the gate.  Include email for confirmation to prevent mail delays.

Setup for inside vendors will be from 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM, October 6, and beginning at 6:00 AM, October 7.  Food is available Sunday in the main building.  Outside RV parking is free, with the exception of electrical hookups, for which the fairgrounds requires a fee.
